Sources
Breeding ranks, rank-eligibility, the same-species-only list and all 80 special combos are synced from the Palworld Wiki (palworld.wiki.gg) Breeding page and per-Pal pages, fetched 2026-09-12. Wiki content is CC BY-SA 4.0; we use its facts (ranks, combos, indices) rather than copying text. Cake recipe and farm mechanics match the Palworld Wiki Cake recipe reference. Rank ties follow the wiki Index No. rule (lowest index wins). Pals listed as “Eligible Child: No” (subspecies, boss-tier legends such as Jetragon/Grizzbolt/Orserk, etc.) never appear as rank-average children — they come from same-species breeding or their listed special combos only. Terraria collab pals (Yakushima internal IDs) are marked catch-only and excluded as children. Pal pages expose parent tables with special vs rank vs same-species tagging.
